Elliott International Capital Advisors Inc., Wilmington, U.S.A., informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,852,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Elliott International Capital Advisors Inc. pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG, whereby 10.02% of the voting rights (corresponding to 4,850,418 voting rights out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are to be attributed to Elliott International Capital Advisors Inc. from Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg.

Hambledon, Inc., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,852,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Hambledon, Inc. pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from the following undertakings which are controlled by Hambledon, Inc. and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A., and Elliott International, L.P., Cayman Islands.

Elliott International Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,852,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Elliott International Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from the following undertakings which are controlled by Elliott International Limited and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, and Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A.

Maidenhead LLC, Wilmington, U.S.A., informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,852,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

10.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,851,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are attributed to Maidenhead LLC pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from the following undertakings which are controlled by Maidenhead LLC and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, and Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg.

Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,851,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
