Paul E. Singer, U.S.A., informed Medion on May 16, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that his share in the voting rights of Medion AG,  Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 11, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 10.002% (this corresponds to 4,842,797 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to him pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG inter alia from the following undertakings which are controlled by him and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Braxton Associates, Inc., U.S.A., Elliott Asset Management LLC, U.S.A., Elliott Capital Advisors, L.P., U.S.A., Hambledon Inc., Cayman Islands, Elliott International, L.P., Cayman Islands, Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A., Elliott Special GP, LLC, U.S.A., Elliott Associates, L.P., U.S.A., Warrington LLC, U.S.A.
6.22% of the voting rights (corresponding to 3,013,385 voting rights) are also to be attributed to him pursuant to Sec.  22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG, whereby 6.22% of the voting rights (corresponding to 3,013,385 voting rights) are to be attributed to him from Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A.

Braxton Associates, Inc., New York, U.S.A., informed Medion on May 16, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 11, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 10.002% (this corresponds 4,842,797 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to Braxton Associates, Inc. pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG inter alia from the following undertakings which are controlled by Braxton Associates, Inc. and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Elliott Capital Advisors, L.P., U.S.A., Hambledon Inc., Cayman Islands, Elliott International, L.P., Cayman Islands, Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A., Elliott Special GP, LLC, U.S.A., Elliott Associates, L.P., U.S.A., Warrington LLC, U.S.A.

Elliott Asset Management LLC, New York, U.S.A., informed Medion on May 16, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 11, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 10.002% (this corresponds to 4,842,797 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

Elliott Capital Advisors, L.P., New York, U.S.A., informed Medion on May 16, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 11, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 10.002% (this corresponds to 4,842,797 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
