Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed Medion AG on September 19, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on September 17, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 9.82% (this corresponds to 4,757,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed Medion AG on September 19, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on September 17, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 9.83% (this corresponds to 4,758,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
9.82% of the aforementioned voting rights (this corresponds to 4,757,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are to be attributed to Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG from the following undertaking which is controlled by Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg.

Warrington LLC, Wilmington, U.S.A., informed Medion AG on September 19, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) fell below the threshold of 3% on September 17, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 0.21% (this corresponds to 100,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

Elliott Associates, L.P., Wilmington, U.S.A., informed Medion AG on September 19, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) fell below the threshold of 3% on September 17, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 0.21% (this corresponds to 100,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to Elliott Associates, L.P., U.S.A., pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.

Elliott Special GP, LLC, Wilmington, U.S.A., informed Medion AG on September 19, 2012 pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) fell below the threshold of 3% on September 17, 2012 and amounts, as of such date, to 0.21% (this corresponds to 100,000 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to Elliott Special GP, LLC, U.S.A., pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
