Lenovo Group Limited, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China, informed MEDION on July 22, 2011 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the thresholds of 3, 5, 10 and 15% on July 22, 2011 and, as per this date, amounts to 15.23% (7,375,250 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo Group Limited from Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH via the following companies which are controlled by Lenovo Group Limited and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Lenovo (BVI) Limited, Lenovo (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Lenovo International Limited, Lenovo (Belgium) Sprl, Lenovo (International) B.V., Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH.

Lenovo (BVI) Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed Medion on July 22, 2011 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the thresholds of 3, 5, 10 and 15% on July 22, 2011 and, as per this date, amounts to 15.23% (7,375,250 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo (BVI) Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo (BVI) Limited from Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH via the following companies which are controlled by  Lenovo (BVI) Limited and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Lenovo (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Lenovo International Limited, Lenovo (Belgium) Sprl, Lenovo (International) B.V., Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH.

All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo (International) B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
